IBM Client Center Wien – Viennese Daughters’ Day 2016
IBM does not only stand for Innovation, Technology or IT, but also for diversity – diversity especially when it comes to gender. The Viennese Daughters’ Day plays an important role in today’s society, trying to inspire girls in an early age for jobs, which do not seem typical for woman at first sight.
For the 14th time now, IBM Austria has been part of the Viennese Daughters’ Day. This year, girls had the chance to look behind the scenes of IBM Watson and find out how IBM will change the health care system or how IBM Watson influences your cooking habits. Creating fascination through Cognitive Computing might lead these girls to job opportunities in the IT industry in their future.
We were delighted to have these 60 girls at the IBM Client Center Wien.
